- 1 ounce gin (recommend a London dry style )
- 1 ounce Punt et Mes
- 1 ounce Cappelletti Apertivo Americano Rosso
- Wide swath of orange peel
Combine gin, Punt et Mes and Cappelletti in old-fashioned / rocks glass. Fill to top with ice. Stir long and briskly to chill. Top with more ice if needed to pack glass to top. Squeeze orange slice over top and drop into glass..
