A fresh take on the classic Aviation, lifted with a touch of pear liqueur
- 2 ounces gin
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce Creme de Violette
- 1/4 ounce Maraschino liqueur
- 1/4 ounce pear liqueur (such as Mathilde brand)
Shake all ingredients in an iced cocktail shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
