1/4 cup walnut oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3-4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram (or more to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in a jar with a lid that seals well. Shake to blend.
[NB: This is but a guide. You can stir in a little prepared mustard or some chopped shallot. You can substitute red wine vinegar with champagne or honey vinegar.]
