Moroccan-Inspired Lamb Rub

2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper
2 teaspoons dried marjoram
5 cloves garlic, minced
5 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
Salt, to taste

Combine ingredients to make a paste. Spread over entire lamb and allow to marinate for several hours or overnight. (Enough for a 6-pound leg.)
