Cheddar-Cava Spread

10 ounces mild cheddar cheese, shredded
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
2/3 cup cava or other sparkling wine

In a food processor, blend cheeses until just combined. With the processor running, add the cava and blend until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.
