This week’s Times Sunday Magazine focuses on cooking and food issues, with some excellent answers to questions you didn’t even know you had  (like “Why does a sandwich taste better when someone else makes it?” ), Bittman’s answer to a stress-free dinner party, and the question, “If you could only have one cookbook, what would it be?”
